Monthly Maintenance Management

• Pest Control Maintenance:  Professional exterminating treatment each month prevents home of infestations.

• Pool/Spa Maintenance: Expert pool cleaning, maintenance and leak detection services each week by licensed and insured technicians.

• Landscape Maintenance:  Weekly landscape maintenance for lawn mowing, weeding, bush & tree trimming, mulching, and fertilizing lawns bushes & palms.

• Exterior Building Maintenance:  Hi-dusting treatments (monthly or bi-monthly). Includes cleaning window sills, door-frames, door hardware, and carriage lamps to help eliminate unsightly buildup of cobwebs, insect cocoons, and building discoloration.

On-Call Maintenance Management

Project Coordination:

Monday thru Friday               8:00 AM to 5:00 PM             $64.00 per Hour

Trade companies, service vendors and utility vendors such as air conditioning, alarm, cable TV, and appliance repair companies generally do not give specific appointment times for their service calls. It is common to have a window of (4) or (5) hours of waiting time for a service call. HMR is on call to arrange and oversee these maintenance project visits, and most vendors cooperate in notifying us approximately (20)minutes prior to their arrival. Thus we can meet with their repair technician in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Emergency Response Project  Coordination (24 hour): 

We deal with all emergencies from weather damage to burst pipes to broken windows.

Planned Maintenance Management

Before each winter season begins we provide our clients with a menu of recommended maintenance items to select for pre-season scheduled service.

We believe that our clients’ Florida home is a very special place, and they deserve all its’ amenities and comforts. Pressure Cleaning & Sealing – for mildew and soiled building exteriors, patios, driveways and walkways. Power washing is often the answer. Periodic sealing treatment will retard future deterioration while enhancing the appearance of your property with solutions that are all environmentally friendly.


Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning – Modern equipment used by our contracted cleaners is fast, effective and allows the cleaning of most carpets and upholstery in less than (4) hours from setup to finish. For those spotted berbers, wools, and olefins, spot treatments are excellent and will restore what some might think is a ruined carpet to its previous beauty.
